What does this tool do?
When you combine lists from different sources — emails, keywords, product names, IDs — you end up with duplicates, blank lines and messy spacing that are tedious to fix by hand. This cleaner removes duplicate lines, deletes empty lines, collapses multiple spaces and can sort the result alphabetically or by length, instantly.
How to use it
- Paste your text or list into “Original text”, one item per line.
- Choose cleaning options: remove duplicates, case-insensitive comparison, trim, remove empty lines, collapse spaces.
- Optionally sort: A→Z, Z→A, by length, or reverse.
- Results update live with stats: lines before/after, duplicates and spaces removed.
- Copy the result, download it as a .txt file, or feed it back in for another pass.
Practical uses
- Marketers: clean keyword and hashtag lists.
- Store owners: remove duplicate SKUs or products from exports.
- Developers: dedupe logs, ID lists and data copied from spreadsheets.
- Writers and students: fix spacing after copying from PDFs.
Comparison notes
By default “Apple” and “apple” are different lines; enable case-insensitive comparison to treat them as duplicates. Sorting follows the interface language rules and uses natural number order (2 before 10). Everything runs in your browser — your lists never leave your device.
