What is a QR code?
A QR code is a square pattern any modern phone camera can read to open a link, show text or join a Wi-Fi network instantly. Shop owners put them on stickers and thank-you cards, restaurants on menus, teachers on handouts and creators on posters.
How to create one
- Choose the content type: URL, text, Wi-Fi, WhatsApp, email or phone.
- Fill in the details; the preview updates instantly.
- Customize size, colors, margin and error correction.
- Test-scan it with your phone.
- Download PNG for digital use or SVG for print at any size.
Supported types
- URL: your website, shop or product page.
- Wi-Fi: guests join without typing the password.
- WhatsApp: opens a chat with your number and an optional message.
- Email and phone: start a message or call in one tap.
- Text: full Unicode support, including Arabic.
Error correction explained
It lets a code be read even if part of it is damaged: L ≈ 7%, M ≈ 15%, Q ≈ 25%, H ≈ 30%. Higher levels make the pattern denser; use Q or H for printed items that may get scratched.
Printing tips
- Use a dark code on a light background; inverted or low-contrast codes may fail.
- Print at least about 2×2 cm and keep a quiet margin around it.
- Our codes are static: no expiry and no redirect server — but if your URL changes, create a new code.
