PowerPoint to PDF

Convert PowerPoint presentations (PPTX) to PDF with the slide design intact.

This tool runs entirely in your browser — no data is uploaded to our servers.

Was this tool helpful?

Turn your presentation into a PDF you can share with clients or upload to a portal, with a fixed layout on every device. The tool reads the PPTX file in your browser and renders every slide with its text, images, shapes, tables, backgrounds and theme colors, then saves it as a PDF from the print window — one page per slide.

How to use it

  1. Choose a PPTX file.
  2. Review the slide preview and pick the page size (slide size, A4 or US Letter) and slides.
  3. Click “Save as PDF”, choose “Save as PDF” in the print window and enable “Background graphics”.

Features

  • One PDF page per slide at the original 16:9 or 4:3 size.
  • Arabic and right-to-left text supported.
  • Images, shapes, tables, backgrounds and theme colors.
  • Pick specific slides and skip hidden ones.

Privacy and security

“PowerPoint to PDF” runs entirely in your browser: your images and files are never uploaded and no copy is kept. Free, with no sign-up.

Tip: Charts, SmartArt and animations are not rendered here; for those, use File › Save As › PDF in PowerPoint itself.
